Yes, Yes.  I know it is a bit cliche, but its true.  I learned this while enjoying the sights and tastes of Paris.  I wanted to sample all of it!  But, I realized that, there would always be, another time to enjoy a treat. 

It took some self restraint, but I learned how to have enough to satisfy me.  I am a high energy person, and I do not like to feel, like I have eaten too much.  That overstuffed feeling, is not worth it to me.

Awareness is the key to enjoying what we eat!  Knowing when, we have had enough.  Remembering how uncomfortable it was, when we have eaten too much!

So,  smell the wonderful aromas, admire the visuals, SLOWLY enjoy the taste.
